Abstract
The objective of this project is to understand the molecular, immunological and epidemiological basis for controlling zoonotic AEEC infections. The project will study the molecular and cellular aspects of AEEC pathogenesis, bacterial colonisation and host response in AEEC infections and diagnostic and epidemiological analysis of AEEC infections.
