Abstract

The cytoplasmic tail of the ASFV encoded CD2v protein contains proline rich repeats which bind to the SH3 domain of a novel adaptor protein SH3P7. The objectives of the project are to confirm that this interaction occurs in infected macrophages and to define the functional consquences of this interaction.
