Abstract

Vaccination against RSV has proved difficult, particularly in humans, with many candidate vaccine causing more adverse reactions that the natural infection. Given the potential of DNA vaccination, with its inherent lack of unwanted immunogenic material, this project will look in model systems developed by the IAH at the efficacy of various constructs given by various routes on their ability to stimulate protective immunity without unwanted side-effects.
