1. To establish if RSV F and G proteins are taken up by dendritic cells by the same route 2. To determine if the route of antigen uptake can be manipulated 3. To monitor how route of antigen uptake affects the response of APC 4. To monitor how route of antigen uptake affects the immune response in vivo 5. To establish if uptake of RSV by caveolae is specific for RSV and bovine dendritic cells
