Abstract
A panel of monoclonal antibodies that has been raised in other work on respiratory syncytial virus infection are being tested for potential as prophylactic and therapeutic agents. In the case of those showing the greatest promise, the antibodies will be 'humanised' and examined as possible agents for use in human medicine where RSV is a major problem in small children.
