Abstract
We are examining the cellular determinants recognised by the virus glycoproteins, with special focus on the secreted glycoprotein Ems, also the sub-cellular distribution and function of some of the non- structural polypeptides in infected cells in culture with the aim of understanding the biological basis for the distinction between the cytopathogenic and non-cytopathogenic forms of the virus.
