Abstract

Details should only be considered in the context of PU information. Determine the chromosomal locations and linkage relationships of genes controlling agriculturally important characters, and other DNA sequences, in arable crops using molecular genetics and DNA marker systems. The genes studied include those for seed proteins and key enzymes regulating metabolic pathways. The DNA sequences include those located in heterochromatin, SSRs and those that are genome- and chromosome-specific sequences. Formerly PU409.
