Abstract
The project will design, build and test robotic systems to process and randomise plant samples for metabolomics analysis. Operations to be automated include sample weighing, solvent extraction and sample preparation for NMR, GC-MS and ESI analysis. Once commisioned the robotics will be used in a number of HTP plant analyses.
