Abstract
This project will establish a core research bioinformatics activity within RRes in the area of integrative bioinformatics. There are two main thrusts - (a) the development of techniques to analyse and model plant biochemical and gene regulatory pathways; (b) the development of techniques to move downstream from microarray expression data to establish gene groups and potential pathway components responsible for observed reactions to plants and microbes under stress conditions.
