Abstract
Therapeutic antibodies are being used in clinical trials for autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. In this project we are aiming to find out how a particular antibody works, in particular how it affects the responses of T cells in such a way that they no longer contribute to inappropriate immune responses.
