Abstract

It is now accepted that certain fatty constituents of cell surface membranes can act as signals that organise events inside cells. We have developed a broadly applicable technique to identify the proteins inside cells that are the primary targets of these signals. We have identified 27 proteins. This grant is to enable us to understand how they work.
