Abstract

Signalling via phospholipase D (PLD) generates messenger molecules within a cell that direct responses thereby directing a cell to perform functions such as proliferation, migration or secretion. PLD is an enzyme whose regulation is incompletely understood. In this project we will identify novel regulatory molecules that bind to PLD and then study their importance in intact cells.
