Abstract
B-cells play fundamental roles in protective immunity as well as autoimmune diseases. Furthermore the majority of lymphoid malignancies are derived from the B lymphocyte. We seek to combine molecular genetics and biochemical approaches to define the mechanisms that control cell growth, development and cellular movement. These processes are fundamental to immunity and cancer.
