Abstract

In the light of the outstanding success of CCP13 in its first nine years of existence in developing software for data reduction and analysis of fibre X-ray diffraction patterns (e.g. from DNA, muscle, collagen, synthetic polymers) and in helping us to set standards for the international fibre diffraction community, this application seeks to renew and develop CCP13. It will expand data reduction strategies at its home node (CLRC Daresbury Laboratory) and will develop two additional CCP13 modelling nodes at Imperial College, London (biological systems) and Cambridge University (synthetic polymers).
