Abstract
The proposal here is to develop an optimised pipeline for building homology models automatically, and to investigate the application of these models to possible molecular replacement studies on native diffraction data obtained from structural genomics projects. The pipeline is expected to be based on a development of the well-known threading program, THREADER.
