Abstract
This project aims to study the 3-D structure of the human neurokinin-2 G-protein-coupled receptor, purified in milligram quantities using the baculovirus/insect larval cell expression system. The main techniques to be employed will be 2-D and 3-D crystallography, while the conformation of the bound ligand will be investigated using solid-state NMR technology.
