Abstract

We will explore ways to solve the remaining problem preventing the bacteriophage capsid system being commercially exploited for drug-delivery. This will include: 1) use of fusion peptides to aid release of drugs from the endosome; 2) development of immunomarking technique and 3) developing systems for encapsidation of a wide range of small molecular weight drugs.
