Abstract

1. To determine the structures of the lipoyl domains of the 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase complex and the biotinyl domain of acetylCoA carboxylase. 2. To analyse domain interactions on the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex. 3. To map the structural determinants of post- translational modification and the specificity of the subsequent reductive acylation step in 2- oxo acid dehydrogenase complexes.
