Abstract

1. To examine the efficacy of MS2 bacteriophage capsids for cell-specific oligonucleotide (anti-sense/ribozyme) or cytotoxic delivery. 2. To examine ways to modulate host immune recognition of MS2 capsids. 3. To explore other potential commercial applications of encapsidation in MS2 particles, such as enzyme stabilisation for therapeutics, diagnostics and biosensors.
