Abstract

1. To improve our understanding of the nature of folding mechanisms through development and application of multiple kinetic and structural probes. 2. To compare the folding pathways of Greek-key beta- sandwich proteins, in order to see if there is a consensus mechanism which would help us understand their structures. 3. To investigate the folding mechanism of the glucocorticoid receptor DNA binding domain.
