i) to produce, purify and characterise a model scFv-RTA fusion protein; ii) to study the interaction of RTA with model membranes; iii) to investigate the intracellular site and mechanism of RTA translocation; iv) to identify cellular component(s) responsible for the intracellular transport of ricin.
