Abstract
The aim of this project is the development of a novel platform technology for use in the exploitation of genomic data from clinically important bacterial pathogens. The basis of this platform technology is a novel and proprietary electrochemical assay utilising oligonucleotide probes labelled with redox active markers. (Joint with grant 20594).
