Abstract

The aim of the proposed research project is to develop novel technologies creating protein biochips for use as an alternative to current proteome analysis techniques. The performance of these prototype biochips will be compared against existing proteomics technologies using human cancer cell lines and primary tumours previously characterised for copy number and expressions changes by array-CGH and cDNA microarrays.
