Abstract
T-DNA lines of Arabidopsis will be screened using biochemical techniques such as HPLC and HPLC-MS in order to characterise those with altered levels of isoprenoids. The use of a high throughput analytical approach for isolating mutants in structural and regulatory genes will be validated for use in functional genomic studies.
